Because you never need an excuse to eat avos or chocolate.
Melt chocolate in a double boiler or in a glass bowl set above a pot of simmering water (make sure the water doesn’t touch the bottom of the bowl or else you could risk burning the chocolate or it becoming grainy).
Place avocado and melted chocolate in a food processor and blend together until smooth, whilst pouring in the milk. (Note: We know that many people, find that they’re quite happy just to finish the recipe here and sit down and lick the bowl. That’s OK, we understand.)
Keep blending until the mousse is very smooth and creamy. Taste, and if you would like it a little sweeter, you can add a bit of honey or maple syrup. Spoon into serving glasses and chill in fridge briefly for 10-15 minutes.
When you’re ready to serve, add some fresh berries, extra chocolate or a slice of avo to the top. And you’re done.
